Our Story

Our company was founded on one fundamental belief - Honesty. In March of 2017, our founder, Michael Richardson, found himself in the unenviable situation of having a non-functioning septic tank. After seven attempts, he was finally able to schedule service with a local service provider to handle the pumping. The owner of that service used questionable methods in attempts to take advantage of what he assumed was an uninformed homeowner. After that experience, Michael knew there was a need for integrity and quality service in the septic tank and drain industry. In just two months, Quality Septic LLC was created with the commitment to provide every customer with the kind of service they deserve.
