Our Story

Quality Septic LLC was founded on one fundamental belief - Honesty. In 2017, the owner, Michael Richardson, faced a septic tank failure. After seven attempts, he was finally able to schedule service with a local contractor to assist with pumping the tank. The operator of that company used several unethical tactics in attempts to take advantage of what he assumed was an uninformed homeowner. After that experience, Michael knew there was a need for integrity and quality service in the septic tank and drain industry.
