Our Story

Quality Septic LLC was founded on one core value - Integrity. In 2017, our founder, Michael Richardson, encountered a malfunctioning septic system. After multiple tries, he successfully arranged for help with a local contractor to handle the pumping. The operator of that service used questionable methods in an effort to exploit an unsuspecting customer. After that incident, Michael knew there was a need for integrity and quality service in the septic tank and drain industry.
