Our Story

Quality Septic LLC was founded on one core value - Integrity. In 2017, the owner, Michael Richardson, encountered a malfunctioning septic system. After seven attempts, he successfully arranged for help with a local contractor to assist with pumping the tank. The operator of that company used several unethical tactics in an effort to exploit an unsuspecting customer. After that incident, Michael knew there was a need for integrity and quality service in the septic tank and drain industry. In just two months, Quality Septic LLC was created with the goal of offering outstanding customer care.
