Our Story

Quality Septic LLC was founded on one core value - Integrity. In early 2017, our founder, Michael Richardson, faced a septic tank failure. After multiple tries, he finally made arrangements with a local contractor to handle the pumping. The operator of that company used several unethical tactics in an effort to exploit an unsuspecting customer.
